Last week, Nicki Minaj suggested something shady was delaying her remix of the Lil Uzi Vert track 'The Way Life Goes.'

Now we have a little more insight into what that may be. Nicki and Uzi have both suggested on social media that DJ Drama and Don Cannon are the culprits.

Vert is signed to Cannon's Generation Now label.

This wouldn't be the first time there was a mix up between Vert and Cannon/Drama. In December, Cannon and Drama jumped on social to deny that Vert had signed with Wiz Khalifa's Taylor Gang.

They had to do so because Uzi had told the crowd during a show in his hometown of Philly that he had joined up with Wiz and the boys.
