Lil Wayne Is Out Of The Hospital

Lil Wayne has been released from the hospital after suffering multiple seizures on Sunday in Chicago.

He's been asked by his doctors to rest for the next two weeks.  He is expected to make a full recovery and should make his next show date, which is on September 23.

Wayne was apparently the picture of good health when he played back-to-back shows on Friday and Saturday. But TMZ has learned that Weezy was going out after the shows and then hitting the studio.

Wayne's people, in particular, his daughter Reginae, have pushed back hard against suggestions the 34-year-old had been hitting the lean, which many believe contributes to his seizures.

Instead, Weezy's peeps believe a general lack of rest triggered his eplispy, which is the main cause of the seizures he's been suffering fairly regularly since 2013.
