XXXTentacion would have been 21 today.

Lil Wayne was among those to wish the rapper, who was gunned down in a robbery gone bad last June, a happy birthday.

Yesterday night, Wayne dropped the video to his Carter V track "Don't Cry", which features XXX.

Lil Wayne had never heard of XXXTentacion when Mack Maine suggested he put him on "Don't Cry".  But it seems once Wayne did hear of him he liked what he heard.
