Who could forget the 2015 reports that said Birdman had Lil Wayne's tour bus shot up in Atlanta?
Although the Cash Money boss denied having anything to do with the incident, Weezy's tour bus driver Alvin Lewis is still suing him, as well as Young Thug, according to the Courthouse News. If you recall, Thugger was also linked to the shooting, but just like Birdman he denied any involvement
The other person named in the suit is PeeWee Roscoe — Thug's former road manager — who admitted to pulling the trigger and pled guilty. He's now serving a 20-year sentence.
"When the white Camaro pulled beside the buses, gunshots were fired at the 12 individuals in the buses from the white Camaro with a .40 caliber handgun and a 9mm handgun," read the police report of the incident. In his lawsuit, Lewis claims to be severely affected by the shooting, which seems completely understandable.
"[He] suffered and continues to suffer substantial and continuing pain, anguish, suffering, discomfort, medical expenses, lost personal and professional property and lost wages," the official complaint stated. "Defendants placed plaintiff in immediate fear of death and severe bodily harm by attacking and attempting to kill him without any just provocation or cause."Lewis's tour bus received at least $20,000 worth of damages. So he's suing for that amount, plus the emotional suffering.
At this time, neither Birdman, Young Thug nor Lil Wayne have commented.
