Kanye West and Kid Cudi's Kids See Ghosts set during Tyler, The Creator's Camp Flog Gnaw Carnival is now famous for Jaden Smith jumping on stage on declaring that Tyler was his boyfriend.
But Lorde was paying more attention to the set design than that drama.
The pop star from New Zealand jumped on IG Stories today and accused Kanye and Cudi of stealing the boxed shaped floating stage she used on her Melodrama tour.
Lorde calls out Kanye West for stealing her box stage idea: A few hours ago, controversy arose when Kanye West and Kid Cudi performed on a floating stage, a replica of Lorde’s - a female artist’s - North American Tour staple.

“I’m proud of the work I do and it’s flattering when other artists feel inspired by it, to the extent that they choose to try it on themselves,” Lorde captioned one of the images. “But don’t steal - not from women or from anyone else - not in 2018 or ever.”
Kanye has certainly used a floating stage before, and before Lorde ever did. However, Lorde does have a point when she says his latest glass encased box stage is almost exactly like her's.
Does that count as stealing, though?
