D'Angelo just called Young Thug out for making music that is "stupid", "ridiculous" and the antithesis of the socially conscious rap D'Angelo grew up listening to.
But Louis Farrakhan must see something different in the Atlanta emcee. The Nation of Islam leader, who's known to court the rap community, recently had a conversation with Thugger, who posted some of it on his Instagram page.
"I can step back, because I’m an old man going out of the world. But if I can feed the minds of the young [that] we’re giants, then I can go out happy," Farrakhan tells Thug.
What do you think of the clip? Do you think Farrakhan and Thug actually know who each other are?
