Meek Mill Assess Kanye West's Mental Well Being

Meek Mill and Kanye West are two rappers who have no problem getting into the blogs for non-musical reasons.

Meek has been trending this month due to rumors that Diddy touched him in his underwear area, and Ye has been trending forever for his views on the world, which usually fall outside of mainstream thought.

As part of his regularly scheduled Twitter fingering, Meek offered up this assessment of Ye.

Should Meek be calling another person "off a lil."
