Some excellent news for Meek Mill.
CBS Philadelphia reports that the MMG rapper has been granted a new bail hearing by Judge Genece Brinkley, the same judge who recently sentenced him to 2-4 years for violating probation. Meek’s attorney Brian McMonagle has confirmed the new hearing will be on November 27.
The surprising news comes days after it was reported that Brinkley is being investigated by the FBI for her conduct in and out the courtroom -- including trying to push Meek to sign with Philly music exec Charlie Mack.
On top of that, hundreds of people attended a rally for Meek in Philly a few days ago. So we’ll have to see if any of these things have softened the judge's heart.
What do you think she’ll decide?
