Meek Mill's EP Legends Of The Summer is expected to move about 25K sales plus streaming in its first week.
That's not such a bad number for a surprise 4 track EP, especially since fewer tracks means fewer streams. But it's not that good either, especially since Meek had some nice post-prison buzz.
Anyway, Meek wasn't too pleased that DJ Akademiks reported his sales numbers. (Ak actually has Meek at 30K.)
"3 songs leaked and we put them on platforms a week later lol I wasn’t suppose to drop any music until my album came out but no excuses 'take dat' 😬 and stop the sideways tryna make me look bad stuff my leaks did 30k first week and I’m mad about it lol I gotta follow this page and keep my eyes on y’all, this like a mumble rapper promo page ' album almost done," Meek commented on IG.
Meek and Ak have a history of animosity. Meek has called the media figure out for negative coverage multiple times, and Ak has claimed Meek has threatened him behind the scenes.
Is Meek right to be salty about how Ak portrays him?
