Meek Mill Wants Young Thug Freed; Criticizes the System

Last week, Young Thug failed a drug test and got his bail revoked on pending charges of firearm possession and possession and intent to distribute meth, hydrocodone, and weed.

He's been locked up in Georgia’s DeKalb County Jail ever since.

Meek Mill knows something about losing his freedom over drug tests and such, and he yelled "FreeSlime" on Instagram.

While Meek's harsh treatment by the courts in Pennsylvania made him a cause célèbre, we're not sure if Thugger will get the same level of sympathy and discussion.

Thug's failed drug test is the second time prosecutors in Georgia had tried to persuade the judge to revoke his bail. The first, which was rebuffed, came when Thug was arrested this summer in Los Angeles on gun charges.

In addition to all of that, the Cobb County Georgia's District Attorney is currently considering whether to charge Thug and Birdman in the 2015 shooting of Lil Wayne's tour bus.

So Thugger's definitely been a bad boy.
