Judge Genece Brinkley said she won't remove herself from Meek Mill's case even though the Pennsylvania Supreme Court suggested that she do so.

A Charles Peruto, Brinkley's lawyer, said his client has been treating Meek fairly since the beginning and doesn't feel the Supreme Court's decision to release him on bail discredits her initial ruling.

Meek will face Brinkley in June to see if the drug and weapons conviction he is still on probation for over a decade later will be thrown out because the arresting officer turned out to be corrupt.

Peruto said Brinkley may not overturn the conviction because there were other officers who testified.  If their credibility checks out, Meek may be sent back to prison to serve his 2-4  year sentence for probation violations.  Peruto also maintains that Brinkley doesn't hold a grudge against the rapper.

Do you think Meek will head back to prison, or has he seen his last days behind bars?
