More Details On T.I. And Tiny's Divorce

Yesterday, we learned that Tameka ‘Tiny’ Cottle ' has filed for divorce from T.I., her husband of six years and partner of almost 20.

We now know she did so on December 7.

That happens to be two days after she posted a long message on Facebook asserting her right to have male friends (Floyd Mayweather), and then deleted the message, claiming her verified page wasn't under her control.

In her filings, which were obtained by Entertainment Tonight, Tiny says their marriage is “irretrievably broken with no hope of reconciliation.”

Tiny is seeking joint legal custody and primary physical custody of the couple’s three children, 2 boys and an infant girl. She wants child support and alimony and half of their property.

She also wants T.I. to be solely responsible for their debts, which include over $6 million owed to the IRS, because he has more earning power.

Tip has until January 6 to respond to the filing.  If he doesn't Tiny gets everything she wants in a default judgement.

It may not come to that.

TMZ is reporting the pair have seen each other twice since December 7, and "things got romantic."

Sources close to the couple have told the gossip site that is a good chance they settle their differences and stay married.
