Murda Mook Wants You To Remember He Was Supposed To Battle Drake

Last year, Drake took the bold step of challenging battle rap veteran Murda Mook.

Mook was certainly excited by the opportunity, and followed it up by dissing Drake at the 2014 BET Awards. Earlier this year, there were reports that Drake and Murda almost did the dance at Blackout 5.

But that all died down, and Drake spent the summer bodying a rapper who comes from a battle background.

Mook popped up on Hot 97 yesterday, and used a freestyle to remind everyone that he still has unfinished business with Drizzy.

Anybody see Drake, tell him that I got some hot sauce for him since he’s in the mood for cheesesteak," Murda spits. "BET – straight live television, I called him out and even the crickets heard crickets. They can’t tell me I ain’t got enough digits. Cause in battle rap motherfucker I’m the big ticket.
