NBA Youngboy may be in federal custody on weapons charges but he's still making business moves.
Billboard reports that he inked a deal with Motown Records for his label Never Broke Again Entertainment, which has Quando Rondo on its roster. But Youngboy is still signed to Atlantic Records as a solo act, so he'll be doing a lot of multitasking once he's out.
“I felt like I had a responsibility to my artists to make sure to find the right partner for my label,” said YoungBoy in a press statement.
He'll be dropping his first single under the new deal this month, then a compilation LP in October titled Never Broke Again Volume 1, which he'll be featured on, as well as Quando Rondo and other artists.
Are you surprised that YoungBoy is still able to make moves like this with federal charges hanging over his head?
