Nelly Owes A Lot Of Money To The IRS

Nelly is the latest rapper to be in heavy debt to Uncle Sam.

According to TMZ, the IRS just hit him with a $2,412,283 federal tax lien.

That's in addition to the $149,511 the St. Lunatic owes the state of Missouri for taxes.

The federal lien is so large the IRS could start seizing 41 year old's assets and properties immediately.

Earlier this year Nelly's seminal album Country Grammar became the ninth rap LP to achieve Diamond status (10 million sold.)

Hopefully, Nelly saved some of that cash for a rainy day.
