After Cardi B won Best Rap Album earlier this year at the Grammys, BET's Twitter page had some fun with Nicki Minaj.
@BET y’al supposed to uplift black people especially black women... but you do this type of foolery when Nicki is the reason why you got a lot of ratings and brought the show back to life. Y’al are fucking canceled pic.twitter.com/oXKjHdbbzz

The jab enraged Nicki Minaj and her Barbz, and BET issued an apology for it.
Fast forward five months, and BET's annual award show just posted all-time low ratings.
Nicki was happy to dance on the network's grave:
When u go out of ur way to b spiteful & hurt artists who have always supported ur show... when you fire great ppl who have put their heart & soul into the show... when you’d rather be a messy reality show than a prestigious award show... when ur still being dragged by that lace https://t.co/DOYKmgAlyr
