Earlier this month, Nicki Minaj claimed JAY-Z never paid her for her ownership stake in Tidal, even though he made hundreds of millions of dollars when he sold the streaming service.

Earlier today, Steve Stoute claimed that it was because Nicki had never signed the contract.
