One of the theories of why Eric Holder went after Nipsey Hussle is that he was an aspiring rapper jealous of Nip's success.

Holder had put out some SoundCloud stuff under the name Fly Mac a couple of years back but hadn't seemed to be that active lately.

It wasn't from a lack of trying. Joyner Lucas has revealed that Holder reached out to him for a feature back in November.

Lucas didn't respond at the time. 

"SMH," he wrote when he realized Holder was lurking in his old DMs.
