Migos and Lil Yachty are clearly the biggest names on the record label Quality Control. And with Lil Baby's debut project "Harder Than Ever" off to a good start he'll probably be QC's next big star.
But not everyone on the label has been as successful. For example, Skippa da Flippa, who dissed QC in March and demanded to be let go.
Now OG Maco has expressed unhappiness, and even accused the label of sabotaging artists' careers. He made that claim when someone asked him on Twitter if he was still on QC, and Maco admitted to not being sure. He also told all the blogs and digital mags that if they didn't interview him on the issues with QC, they're being foolish.
Is @OGMaco still signed to @QCTheLabelMusic ?

Yes.

Why ?
Who knows https://t.co/VPSSKJyhIN
I’m with a label that has sabotaged MULTIPLE careers (that I’m STILL signed to) and y’all dumbasses still tryna figure out why I won’t drop again?
— OG MACO (@OGMaco) May 22, 2018
Is it THAT hard to figure out why?
This is why y’all get in the industry and get fucked like a cheap whore.

Someone tries to tell you the truth about it and you shun them, then complain when you’re broke with a platinum record.
Mater of fact, if you “curate” or do content for any blog/mag and still don’t think you should invite me for an interview about THIS subject by now, delete my number and fuck you.

Serious. https://t.co/30g9UMY446
Thank you.

Innovation is rarely celebrated https://t.co/wMsLKsXLLL
The entire QC sounds like Live Life 2
— OG MACO (@OGMaco) May 22, 2018
You’re in denial if you think “U Guessed It” was my impact .
Not to mention the fashion 🤦🏾♂️
I was FAR ahead of the times.
Facts not opinion

If I remember correctly the Migos once told @OGMaco to make a trend in response to Maco saying Skippa created the dab.. 🧐 instead of creating a trend Maco birthed the new generation of rappers lol legendary
— 1100⭐️ (@KiddMaack) May 22, 2018
That is exactly what happened .
— OG MACO (@OGMaco) May 22, 2018
Literally EXACTLY what happened. https://t.co/r6FvaGcIuz
Since artists can now promote themselves on social media, is it entirely the label's fault if a rapper doesn't pop?
