The lineup of this year's Summer Jam was just announced, and a lot of folks are complaining.
The acts include Doja Cat, Sexyy Red, Offset, Tee Grizzley, as well as Method Man and Redman.
The show will take place in New York's UBS Arena on June 2, but there are hardly any New York acts on the bill, just Meth. And that seems to be the crux of people's frustration, which they vented about on social media.
"Doja Cat? I wanna see more nyc artists this makes no sense guys," one angry person wrote.
"Yall really put Red and Meth under Sexy Redd and everyone else above her? 🤦🏾♂️….show just getting worse and worse each year," wrote another.
"No bruh meth and red shouldn't be in the same lineup as sexyy red...they deserve better," a third person opined.
Why do you think there aren't more New York artists included in the Hot 97 show compared to last year?
