Playboi Carti Denies Stealing Beats From MilanMakesBeats & Others

Producer MilanMakesBeats has claimed Playboi Carti finessed him out of multiple beats, which Carti still performs to this day.

In an interview with DJ Akademiks that aired over the weekend,  Milan explained he's going to keep calling out Playboi until he pays him 50K and gives him credit for the beats.

Akademiks then reported that Milan is one of several producers who feel Carti stiffed them when he was on the come-up.

Carti got in contact with Akademiks yesterday and addressed the issue. He claims the producers who say he finessed them are just "trying to get clout." According to Carti, he doesn't do "janky business" and he only raps on Pi'erre Bourne beats. He argues these old producers are "mad" that he no longer uses their beats. He also adds that if he did steal Milan's beat he would just "tell that pussy nigga."
