Last month, Pooh Shiesty pleaded guilty in federal court to the single charge of conspiracy to possess a firearm in furtherance of violent and drug-trafficking crimes.
In exchange, the Feds dropped the other four charges they had hit him with for a drug and sneaker deal gone bd
Instead of facing up to life in prison, Pooh will do about eight years.
The word had been the Feds had the goods on Pooh and he was likely to have gone down on all counts if there was a trial.
So it's no surprise that folks like Wack "Chatty Patty" 100 have been accusing Pooh of snitchery. Wack even said he had seen the proffer, a written contract between the defendant and a federal prosecutor, that Pooh signed.
Pooh's lawyer Bradford Cohen -- he of getting Kodak Black out of trouble fame -- pushed back against Wack's slanderous accusation.
"This is 100 percent fake news. @wack100 there is no paperwork that would say @poohshiesty said a word about anything on anything,” said Cohen captioned Wack's claims. “In fact none of the 3 charged gave proffers on anything about anything having to do with other people. This is just a straight mistruth. They all took pleas to the same crime of 1 count of a possession of a weapon during a drug crime, none of them gave a proffer about anything, it was a straight plea, with all of them having the other 3 life felony counts dismissed. But why bother with facts...just throw something out for clicks."
