According to producer Mano, Katy Perry thinks it's cool to call black people "my nigga," and she kept doing so after people told her to stop. If you didn't know, Mano used to be Kanye West's DJ, and he also co-produced 'The Hills' for The Weeknd.
The first time Mano tweeted about Perry was in 2013, but a couple of days ago the singer was blasted for making an off-color joke about Barack Obama, which made him re-post that old message.

Then he tweeted another message about the pop singer two years later.

From there, it looked like Perry's fans accused Mano of lying, so he posted a photo of them together to prove that they hung out before.
