Today, Gunna was denied bond in Fulton County, Georgia's RICO case against him.
During the prosecutor's argument against giving Wunna bail, he brought up the "snipers" both Gunna and Young Thug bring up in their raps, and then provided evidence that these snipers are real and are at the command of Gunna.
"In the songs, they talk about being followed in their gang persona by snipers. They are always followed by snipers," the prosecutor said. "Brookhaven police department made a traffic two cars right next to each other, one in toe, going approximately 25 MPH over the speed limit. Mr. Williams and Mr. Kithens were in the first car. I do not believe there were weapons in that car. In the next car was an AK-47 fully loaded. There were other weapons. There were four members in that car, all stating they worked for Mr. Williams and they were all heavily armed. They were arrested for the weapons."
He went on to say that Kitchens held a secondary command position in the YSL criminal enterprise, with Thug holding the highest position.
