Pusha T Reacts To His Album 'It's Almost Dry' Going Number 1

It's official. Pusha T's album It's Almost Dry grabbed the number one spot on the Billboard 200 chart. He responded to the news Sunday, May 1, on Twitter.

"We all can’t be number 1 at the same time, this week it’s mine…😎 Thank you to all. #ItsAlmostDry," wrote the former Clipse member.

Pusha's album going number one may have to do with the ton of press he's been doing to promote it.

Having Kanye West and Pharrell produce tracks on the LP surely didn't hurt either. 

But whatever the reason, it's Pusha's first number one album, which he achieved at 44 years old.

If anything, the chart position shows it's just not kiddies and teeny boppers who make rap albums go number one these days.
