Did Quavo try to pay his debt to Eric The Jeweler with his fist?

That's what Eric reported to the police earlier this week after an encounter with the Migo at a Grammy afterparty at 1OAK in NYC.

According to Eric, smack talk about the money Quavo owed Eric turned violent and Eric was jumped by Quavo and another man who wasn't Takeoff or Offset.

After the beatdown, Eric noticed the 30K chain he was wearing was gone.

Eric has worked with Snoop Dogg, 50 Cent and other rappers.

The NYPD wants to interview Quavo and the other Migos, and they are reviewing video evidence from the club. So far, there's no comment from Quavo or his team.

Update: It turns out that the fight was over 10K that Offset owed Eric. Eric confronted Quavo about his cousin and Migo mate's debt, and that's what started the fight.
