Meek Mill's Philly contemporary Quilly has never approached Meek's level of success.

He also insults Meek new baby mama Milan Marris.

"How you go from Minaj to Milano," he spits.

While Quilly seems to fashion himself a ladies man, when we last saw him he was being shot down hard after trying to get digits.
