R. Kelly Reportedly Suffering From Panic Attacks Over Public Backlash

R. Kelly started getting panic attacks in the days leading up to the docuseries Surviving R. Kelly.

A TMZ source said the attacks continued after it was released, and one of them was so bad that Kelly went to the hospital. 

The insider says Kelly usually prefers to have doctors make house visits, but couldn't this time. The insider added that Kelly remains shocked that a lot of folks seem to believe his accusers over him. It's safe to say that his daughter calling him a monster didn't help either.

The singer was seen in a club celebrating his birthday on Wednesday night. TMZ's source says he decided to do so publically because he doesn't want it to seem like he's hiding.
