According to sources who spoke to TMZ, Tory Lanez shot at Megan Thee Stallion early Sunday morning after an argument.
Tory, Meg, and Meg's friend Kelsey Nicole were in a chauffeur-driven SUV when the argument started. Meg and Kelsey left the vehicle and that's when Tory opened fire, striking Meg twice in the foot. She needed surgery and says she's lucky to be alive.
After the shooting, the two women went back in the SUV and that's where the cops found everyone.
Tory was only charged with felony possession of a concealed weapon because nobody in the car is talking. While Meg revealed on Instagram that she was shot, she wouldn't say who shot her.
Sources close to Tory say there were "mitigating" circumstances and if prosecutors do end up charging Tory with the shooting he will argue it was accidental.
Even if the law doesn't catch up with him, Tory may have issues with Meg's team.
