The charges against Rick Ross for allegedly kidnapping and pistol whipping his landscaper are no joke. In fact, the Bawse was initially denied bail.
Yesterday, Ross had a bond hearing and it was set at $2 million.
Ross needed to scramble to get the money, and the bulk of it came from the Atlanta home where the alleged crime took place -- and which used to belong to Evander Holyfield.
To get to the two million, Ross put up $1 million in equity from the Holyfield mansion and another GA property, a 500,000 surety bond (from a bail bondsman) and $500k in cash.
The 39-year old will forfeit his bond if he jumps bail or if he is caught threatening or intimidating any witnesses.
