Rihanna Sues Her Own Father Over "Fenty" Name

It looks like Rihanna has had enough of her father's antics. 

TMZ is reporting that Rihanna is taking her father, Ronald Fenty, to court.

Apparently, Ronald started a talent development company in 2017 called Fenty Entertainment. The issue is, Rihanna has already trademarked "Fenty" to use in a handful of business ventures. Most notably, her well-known Fenty Beauty line. 

Rihanna claims her father is using her name and fame to profit off of his entertainment company. 

In court documents, Rihanna states her father and a business partner falsely advertised themselves as her reps to solicit $15 Million dollars for a tour in Latin America that she did not approve. 

Rihanna says she has sent multiple cease and desists with no luck. 

She's asking the judge to place an injunction on her dad from using the name Fenty and is suing for damages.
