Drake's feud with Hot 97 now has NYC's two big Hip Hop stations sniping at each other.
Last night, Drizzy concluded his four night run at Madison Square Garden by casting shade on Hot 97. He did have reason to be irked with them: Ebro had started a false rumor about Drake beefing with Eminem, and Funk Flex was a big part of last year's Quentin Miller reveal.
Drake also celebrated after the show with Charlemagne, who is the big personality at Hot 97 rival's 105.1
This morning, Hot 97's Rosenberg had some choose words for his radio colleague.
"The photo of him and Charlamagne cheesing together," Rosenberg said. "Let's just talk about the kind of dude you are when that's the move you make."After Ebro called CTG "thirsty," Roseneberg went in some more: "You're a grown dude and you took a picture with someone just to get other dudes jealous... only chicks do that.
Ebro later said that Drake was just trying to cause conflict within Hot 97 by saying he wouldn't appear on the station until they fired Funk Flex.
"I don't think he's trying to disrespect" Ebro said. "He's trying to bait everyone one to see if he can splinter our team... he's really trying to see where we'll go with it."Check out some highlights from their discussion:
