Royce Da 5'9" talked about getting past alcoholism and infidelity in a new interview with DJ Smallz.

The last time we heard from the Detroit spitter, he came for Yelawolf on his track "Overcomer." He had some harsh words for Kid Rock after Rock dissed Oprah Winfrey

Royce quit alcohol eight years ago, and he told Smallz he's done with it for good.

"I just decided to stop," said The Book of Ryan creator. "I made a phone call to a few people. I've been working the steps ever since. Not even the steps. I've been exercising my right, one day at a time, to never go anywhere near that sh*t again, and I don't miss it. I just decided to stop."

Royce then talked about his past cheating and said he's quit doing that too.

"[Alcoholism and infidelity] go hand and hand, but I can't just blame alcohol," he explained. "That's not fair. The alcohol brings on bad decision making ... It's still wrong. If I had to go in front of a judge, I wouldn't expect leniency. But not drinking makes it easy. It's no problem. I'm still attracted to women. I still love Rihanna, but I'm disciplined."

Do you think Royce has permanently beaten his problem with alcohol and women?
