Snoop Dogg and Master P believe their cereal brand Snoop Loopz was sabotaged and are taking their accusations to court.

The pair are suing Walmart and Post Foods -- who were supposed to distribute the cereal -- for hiding the product.

They claim Walmart placed the Snoop Loopz in back stockrooms where customers couldn't see it.  According to the suit, Walmart conspired with Post, who didn't push for the cereal to be placed by their other cereals.

The motive?

Dogg and P believe Post was sore because they refused their offer to sell them the brand and then entered into a distribution deal with the intention of burying Snoop Loopz.

As for evidence, they argue the cereal sold too well online to sell so poorly in the stores.

Post denied the charges:

"Post Consumer Brands was excited to partner with Broadus Foods and we made substantial investments in the business. We were equally disappointed that consumer demand did not meet expectations," they said in a statement.

Walmart said they will respond when served.

"Walmart values our relationships with our suppliers, and we have a strong history of supporting entrepreneurs. Many factors affect the sales of any given product, including consumer demand, seasonality, and price to name a few. We will respond as appropriate with the Court once we are served with the complaint," they stated.

Snoop and P are represented by civil rights attorney Benjamin Crump.
