Snoop Dogg sat down with Big Boy and spoke about the falling out he had with 2Pac right before Pac died in hail of Vegas bullets.
Mainly, because he didn't side with him in his beef against The Notorious B.I.G. and Diddy.
“Man, I’d say a week before he died, we was best of friends. Two days before he died, I don’t think he liked me,”said Snoop. “Because we was in New York and sh*t had happened. New York n*ggas had shot at me and did all kinds of sh*t to me, just the worst sh*t you could think of, and I forgave them ... Then I went and did an interview and was asked how did I feel about Puffy and Biggie. I was like, ‘I like them n*ggas, I wanna do some music with ’em.’"
Snoop talked about Pac's famous Biggie diss song "Hit 'Em Up" after that and explained why he didn't like it.
"Even when he played the video for me to ‘Hit ‘Em Up,’ even when he played ‘Hit ‘Em Up,’ the song, I didn’t like the song,” he said. “I didn’t like it. I didn’t like the sh*t. It wasn’t the sh*t to me. Like, you buying more problems, cuh. You buying problems. Gangstas is everywhere. They make ’em everywhere ... I think he got to the mindstate that, ‘We the motherf*ckas, and ain’t nobody like us.’ [There are] always people like us everywhere."
