Soulja Boy Accused Of Trying To Fool Jurors With Fake Glasses In Rape Trial

Soulja Boy is being sued for $73.6 million by his former assistant, who said he raped and physically abused her multiple times in his Malibu Hills home between 2019 and 2020.

The rapper, who denied the claim, was also accused of trying to sway jurors by wearing fake glasses and a suit.

"He was dressed in nerd cosplay," said the woman's lawyer. "It was an act, a four-week act with glasses and a suit."

The lawyer then pointed out that Soulja admitted on the stand that his glasses weren't prescription.

The woman, known only as Jane Doe, reportedly wept in the courtroom, but Soulja's lawyer said she was just an upset ex-girlfriend who wanted a payday.

However, Doe's lawyer showed screenshots of Soulja's texts.

"You think you can keep hitting on me, you are crazy," Doe texted him.

"I should have killed your ass," he responded, according to Rolling Stone.
