Kodak Black just put up his house to make bail on Federal charges he lied on multiple applications to obtain firearms by not disclosing there was an open case against him.

It almost worked. Then South Carolina stepped in.

Black faces charges of sexual assault on a high school student in the Palmetto State and this afternoon prosecutors from South Carolina asked the Feds in Florida to help them revoke Kodak's bond. According to The Blast, the Feds now have 48 hours to decide whether to honor that request and give him to South Carolina or to release Kodak with his house as collateral.

If the Feds don't release him, it could be a long time until he sees the outside. Kodak faces up to ten years on the firearms charge and up to 30 years on the sexual assault.
