Spike Lee Taking a Break From the Knicks After Being 'Harassed' By Owner James Dolan

You won't be seeing Knicks superfan Spike Lee any more this season in his customary front row seats.

Yesterday, the famed director was stopped after having his ticket scanned at Madison Square Garden's employee entrance, which he says he's been using for 28 years.  The guards then demanded he leave the arena and reenter through a regular entrance.  The incident was caught on tape

Spike eventually made his way to his seat and was able to watch the Knicks upset the Rockets.

However, he now believes he is being harassed by the Knicks owner James Dolan -- who has a history of thin skin.

As such, he will be sitting out the rest of the year.
