Stevie J Facing Two Years In Prison For Owing Over A Million In Child Support

Stevie J is the latest Love & Hip Hop star to have his domestic situation run afoul of the law.

According to TMZ, the Atlanta cast member was just indicted by a grand jury for owing a little over $1.1 million in child support. Stevie had kids with Carol Antoinette Bennett in 1997 and 1998, and was ordered to pay her $6,600 a month in support in 1999. That figure was later raised to $8,500, but in 2001 Stevie stopped paying any amount -- which is how he accumulated  the seven figure debt.

The nineties hit-maker and Grammy winner faces two years in prison if convicted.

The 43-year old won't be arraigned until February 10 because he's currently doing 30 days in rehab for violating his probation by testing positive for coke and weed. Somebody needs to get his life in order
