Is a French luxury brand favored by rappers also ripping those rappers off?

Swizz Beatz thinks so, and has evidence that Balenciaga borrowed the Ruff Ryders logo.

Balenciaga has yet to comment on the apparent thievery. (Although it's unclear if they are actually selling the shirt -- it could have just been a runway piece.)
