T.I. Explains Why He's More GOAT Than JAY-Z & Compares Himself To 2Pac

These days, T.I. is as well known for his reality TV appearances and his opinions on the social issues of the day as he is for his music.

But he still has quite the catalog from back in the day.

Tip believes if you add that all up you get an all-around GOAT the likes of which we haven't seen since 2Pac. 

He flexed that opinion (which he called fact) on Instagram
