During a Breakfast Club freestyle, Kodak Black claimed that T.I. and Big Boi tried to mess up his business.
"Big Boi and T.I. tried to get me kicked off the label," Yak spit.
That was news to T.I., who addressed Kodak's allegations while walking and then posted the video to Instagram.
"Happen to scroll down to see young brother Kodak kicking a freestyle on the Breakfast Club. He mentioned my name, said something about me and Big Boi tried to get him kicked off a label. Whenever I hear my name associated with sh*t that's not true, I try my best to at least clear that sh*t up. I ain't never wasted my time, energy or oxygen trying worry about you and what record label you signed. That's not how I get down. I don't care what label you signed to. I don't care how much money you have ... I don't know where that sh*t came from. But your song jamming, I f*ck with it. Continue on."
Kodak and Tip actually have a contentious history going back to when T.I. called Yak out for his disrespectful remarks toward Lauren London in the wake of Nipsey Hussle's death.
Do you think Tip tried to blackball Yak or was Yak just playing around in a freestyle?
