Remember when T.I. blasted Lil Wayne's Black Lives Matter comment on Instagram? It was right after Weezy blew off the entire movement and said it didn't matter to him. Afterwards, Tip called him everything from a coon to an Uncle Tom.
Over the weekend, The Grand Hustle boss was asked about that post and whether he talked to Wayne since.
"Nah, I ain't spoke to lil' bro," he said. "That was probably one of the most difficult responses or one of the most difficult tasks I have been faced with ... This ain't cool. This ain't how we rocking, and I don't think that could have been done in private. That was something that had to be done publicly."T.I. then suggested that celebrities should reply "no comment" if they don't have anything to say about a social issue, rather than saying something dumb like he believes Wayne did.
Do you agree with Tip? Did he really have to reprimand Weezy in public like that? Part 2 of the interview is below.
