T.I. could have used that 'Blurred Lines' cash he lost to Marvin Gaye's estate.
The New York Post reports the Atlanta emcee owes the government over $4.5 million in unpaid taxes from 2012 and 2013.
Last month, Uncle Sam filed a $1.4 million lien against T.I. and his wife Tiny Harris for 2012. On August 10th, the IRS followed that up with a 2013 lien of $3.2 million, this time just against T.I.
"Mr. Harris and his team are working with the appropriate parties to resolve this matter," T.I.'s rep told US Weekly.
Tip is said to be worth $215 million, so paying Uncle Sam back may not be much of an issue.
However, as we know from the recent financial tribulations of another rapper/mogul, those net worth figures can sometimes be deceiving.
