The boys of T-Wayne may be soon facing off in court.

T-Pain is suing Young Money for not paying him his royalties from Lil Wayne's 2008 album Carter III and 2011 album Carter IV.

Pain produced and appeared on the Carter III track 'Get Money'. He produced the Carter IV track 'How To Hate', which also featured his artist Young Frye.

He argues that he and Young Fyre are owed more than $500k.

Last year, David Banner won a $164,303.19 default judgment against Young Money after he sued them for not paying him his royalties for the Carter III tracks ‘La La’ and ‘Pussy Monster’.

In this latest case, we suspect T-Pain's real target is Birdman.  In May, old friends Pain and Lil Wayne dropped the long-awaited album T-Wayne and appear to still be tight.
