Brooklyn rapper Teka$Hi 6ix9ine [Daniel Hernadez] should be having a good month. His track "Gummo" has almost 25 million streams on YouTube since October 8.

But now he has some pretty ugly stuff hanging over his head. Genius has learned that he recently plead guilty to three charges of sexual misconduct with a minor.

Genius has obtained documents that confirm that the Daniel Hernandez who has pled guilty to three felony counts of Use of a Child in a Sexual Performance is 6ix9ine. He was 18 years old on the date of the crime, while the victim was a minor of an unconfirmed age ... Genius reached out to 6ix9ine’s team, who declined to comment on the story.

This summer, another Brooklyn rapper ZillaKami posted a photo of 6ix9ine grabbing the breasts of a girl Zilla said was 13. Zilla also posted the list of sexual misconduct charges against 6ix9ine.  6ix9ine denied the charges at the time.  But -- as Genius has discovered -- he eventually ended up pleading guilty to them. 

Trippie Redd, who has worked with 6ix9ine in the past, distanced himself from 6ix9ine after seeing the photos and hearing of further allegations of improper sexual relations with minors.

"I’m sorry brozay, 1400 don’t promote pedophiles… If we give niggas clout, we give niggas clout. It was an accident," Trippie said in a now-deleted IG video.

We have no info on what kind of punishment 6ix9ine received.
