Tekashi 6ix9ine And Akon Look Ready To Drop "Locked Up 2"

Akon has been one of Tekashi 6ix9ine's main defenders.  Now he's giving the troll rappers one of his most famous tracks.

6ix9ine posted a video this afternoon in which he and the 47-year previewed "Locked Up 2," a sequel to Akon's 2004 breakout hit.  According to 6ix9ine, it will be on his upcoming album.

"Thinking 'bout the things that I did/Got me thinking, like, why the f*ck I did that?/Got me wishing that I could take it all back," 6ix9ine sings. "Fighting with these demons/Barely even eating/Barely even sleeping/This sh*t got me tweekin'/Fighting with my lawyers for a better offer/Just want to see my daughter."

Assuming 6ix9ine also has Nicki Minaj on his new album, that's two high profile features for the notorious snitch.

Here's what Akon said about 6ix9ine's rat turn last month:

"With Tekashi I can't really speak on why he would do that, but most likely it's for the obvious reasons. But everyone goes through something in their lives that propels them to do things that they feel is in the best interest of themselves," Akon told Capital Xtra.

"And I think, you really can't blame him, if what he's saying is the truth. Granted there's the big rule that you never [talk to the police and rat] I get it.  But at the end of the day, if it's true, and he said it, then it is what it is. Now, if you feel some kind of way that he said it, that's a personal problem that y'all got to deal with."
