The only two defendants in the Fed's RICO case against Tekashi 6ix9ine and the Nine Treys who haven't taken a plea deal yet are Aljermiah "Nuke" Mack and Anthony "Harv" Ellison.
They also happen to be the only two who are additionally charged with kidnapping, beating and robbing Tekashi 6ix9ine in a notorious inside job incident that went down last year in Brooklyn.
According to 6ix9ine expert DJ Akademiks, Tekashi may have to testify against Mack and Ellison as a victim.
Of course, Nuke and Harv may just end up taking a plea deal (with some additional years for the kidnapping) as everyone else has.
But if they don't, would you blame 6ix9ine for taking the stand against them?
