Tekashi 6ix9ine is not getting out of prison quite just yet, as he was sentenced to 24-months yesterday, with 13-months time served.

According to Tekashi's attorney, he will be released in 7 months and 12 days with good behavior

Once he is released, Tekashi has been ordered by the court to enroll in an outpatient mental health program.

In addition to the mental health program, Tekashi must continue to cooperate with the U.S. Attorney's Office once he's released in any ongoing investigations where he might be useful.

6ix9ine is also eligible for witness protection. But he is expected to nix that and resume his music career when he gets out in July.
