In 2018, Tekashi 6ix9ine's Nine Trey crew caught Seketha Wonzer and Kevin Dozier in a New York City apartment lobby and robbed them of shoes, master recordings, hard drives,  jewelry, a camera, cash, and more at gunpoint while 6ix9ine filmed the incident.

The NYC Bloods were under the impression Wonzer and Dozier were affiliated with J. Prince and Rap-A-Lot, who 6ix9ine was beefing with at the time.

6ix9ine copped to the incident as part of his plea bargain with the Feds.  Now Wonzer and Dozier -- who say they aren't affiliated with Rap-A-Lot and it was a case of mistaken identity -- are now suing 6ix9ine for assault, battery, and the emotional distress they say they suffered.

Celebrity lawyer Joe Tacopina is representing Wonzer and Dozier and he had a message for 6ix9ine:

"If Tekashi69 thought his legal problems were over after pleading guilty to brutally assaulting my clients, he was woefully mistaken," Tacopina said. "We do know this now -- if he refuses to redress the injuries he caused my clients, he’ll sincerely regret that decision."

6ix9ine lawyer has vowed to vigorously defend his client.
